Joe Ambrosino

Co Editor-in-Chief

Joseph (Joe) Ambrosino is a 4th year student at the University of South Florida studying Political Science and History with a minor in Psychology. Joseph has a strong interest in the connections between African-American history, mental health, and antiquity. Through this, he has created USF's first Black Wellness Club; a student organization dedicated to bridging psychological concepts and research to the black experience in America.

Caroline Merriman

Co Editor-in-Chief

Caroline Merriman (she/her) is a 4th year student studying Creative Writing and Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. Caroline has a strong interest in conservation biology, and the intersection of art and conservation efforts. With a love for nonfiction and poetry she hopes to bridge her passion for ecological research and conservation work with art. She is inspired by to create art as a medium for dissecting our relationship with lived spaces and to inform how we care for the natural world.

Caroline Gutfreund

Carolina Gutfreund (she/her) is a third year honors student double majoring in English, with a concentration in creative writing, and Interdisciplinary Social Sciences, with concentrations in Geography and Environmental Science and Policy. Carolina has a strong interest in environmental conservation and using literature to bring light to these issues. She has been previously published by the USF Honors College, The USF Centre Gallery, Exist Otherwise Magazine, Evanescent Magazine, and more. You can find her work on Instagram @ro_writing.

Rachel Kandl

​Rachel (Ell) Kandl (she/her) is a 4th year student studying Creative Writing and Chemistry at the University of South Florida. Rachel is passionate about the social and political discourse surrounding chemistry and the pursuit of chemical knowledge. Inspired by the intersection between chemistry as a philosophy and human politics, she seeks to understand and promote these perspectives through a racial, feminist, anticolonial lens.

Benjamin Pinkard

Benjamin Pinkard is a senior majoring in Literary Studies at USF. He loves poetry and wants to help writers share their work with the world. He works in elder care and spends a lot of time with his Corgi, Cosmo.
